Named Best Aesthetician and the country’s Best Facialist by Allure magazine,Claire McArdle is a trailblazer in the field of Medical Aesthetics. She has owned and run two medical spas since the mid-1990s, when few people had even heard of this exciting new concept.
Claire founded the Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 1999 out of her love of sharing with others the cosmedical breakthroughs that have transformed her patients’ lives for almost two decades. Her medical spa, Beauty & Bliss, LLC Skin & Laser Center, was named Best of Boston several times and has been featured in Fashion Boston. She is a Fellow in American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) from 2001-2008.
Claire received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Harvard University. She was trained at North Devon School of Nursing and completed post diploma study at the National Heart Hospital in London, England. Claire was a Registered Nurse working in critical care when she decided to take her career to the next level by attending Aesthetics School in 1993. Since then, she has pioneered the Doctor-Nurse working relationship in a cosmetic practice.
Her additional training includes Therapeutic Aesthetics, Collagen Nurse Specialist, Schlerotherapy, Laser Hair Removal, Botox®, Advanced Chemical Peeling and over a dozen specialized certification training seminars for Cosmetic Practices. She has lectured at conferences for the Medical and Aesthetic community, provided private consulting to doctors in the Boston area and has participated in the Look Good Feel Better Program for the American Cancer Society and the IS Clinical Cancer Care Program.
Carlo G. Soli, MD

Carlo G. Soli, MD is an accomplished and active member of the
medical community. He is an Attending Physician and EMS
Director at the Brockton Hospital Emergency Department in
Brockton, Mass. Dr. Soli is also an Associate Clinical Instructor
at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston as well as a
Ringside Physician for the Massachusetts State Boxing
Commission.
Dr. Soli teaches the Botox® and Fillers module at the Institute of Medical Aesthetics. He got most of his Medical Aesthetics experience as an owner of a med spa in the South Shore of Massachusetts, which has become very successful in its three years. His teaching qualifications come from his vast experience teaching residents and lecturing on various topics in medicine and emergency medicine, which translates well to teaching Medical Aesthetics. His main focus is Botox® and the various fillers on the market, with which he has a lot of first-hand experience from the South Shore med spa.
Dr. Soli received his Bachelor of Science from Fresno State University and went on to get his Medical Doctorate at St. George's University School of Medicine of Bay Shore, N.Y.
